Over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, across sales, marketing, management and senior leadership, I’ve navigated every challenge that comes with building a career at the top of a demanding industry.
I know what it means to step into a leadership role without a roadmap. I know the pressure of performance, the complexity of managing people, and the quiet ambition that keeps you awake at 11pm wondering if you’re doing enough.
Now I bring that experience, and a deep commitment to human-first coaching, to managers and executives who are ready to grow.
My Background
My career spans more than three decades in the pharmaceutical sector. I’ve held roles in sales, marketing, and senior business unit leadership, and my current role is Senior Business Unit Lead. I recently completed a six-month interim promotion as Head of Portfolio & Lifecycle Management, leading marketing teams across the UK, France and Germany. I’ve built teams, restructured departments, launched products, and navigated the politics that come with every large organisation.
That experience isn’t just a line on a CV, it’s the foundation of every coaching conversation I have. When a client tells me about a difficult stakeholder, a team that isn’t performing, or a promotion they’re not sure they’re ready for, I’ve been there. I understand the context, the pressures, and the unspoken rules.
My Approach
I coach the whole person, not just the job title. Leadership isn’t a set of competencies you tick off a list, it’s about self-awareness, clarity, courage, and the ability to bring others with you.
Every coaching engagement starts with deep listening. I want to understand what’s really going on, not just the presenting issue, but the patterns, beliefs, and habits underneath it. From there, we work together to build a clear path forward.
I’m direct when I need to be, supportive always, and never prescriptive. You already have the answers, my job is to help you find them faster.
